June 25, 2025June 25, 2025 Danae 1 comment

The first half of the year is almost behind us, and now it’s the perfect time to pause and take a moment to rest and recharge.

Take the time to think about everything that has been going on in your life this year. What has been working for you and what could have been better? What’s working and what could be improved?

Regardless of how you feel about your progress and goals, take a deep breath because there’s still plenty of time to achieve everything you want to in 2025.

In this post, you’ll find 20 mid-year journal prompts that’ll help you reflect on the year so far, plan, and refocus your energy on what matters most in the months ahead.
