Happy Monday, friends! How’s the new week finding you?
Get comfortable, grab your coffee, and let’s have a check-in! It’s been a while since the last time we shared a Monday coffee, right? So, what are you having today? I’m having a simple French-press coffee, but in all honesty, I’m already looking forward to the caramel latte I’m gonna make later at home.

Anyway, let’s talk!
November so far
November has been the slowest month of 2025 so far. I sprained my ankle right on the first day of the month, and I’m still recovering. Things have improved, but I’m still not sure when I’ll be back to normal.
Unfortunately the pain was real and my motivation really low last week. I didn’t feel like doing many things, and at first, I wasn’t really able to and I had to rest a lot.
Luckily, this week things seem to be looking up, so here I’m hoping to do more things and maybe recover fully.
A gentle reminder for the new week
No matter how November has been treating us so far, today marks the start of a new week.
New week means new opportunities and the chance to fix or improve things that didn’t go well last week.
Try to have a positive mindset, take small steps to build lasting habits, and allow yourself to feel anything that you need to – with no judgement or overthinking. Only with acceptance.
I hope you can be productive, but if you need to rest, then it’s more than okay to take care of yourself. Just remember to show up every day.
Five affirmations for the new week
Just to set the right tone…
- I trust myself to make the right choices this week.
- I let go of anxious thoughts and feelings over things I can’t control.
- Positive changes are coming my way, and I embrace all of them.
- I choose to see the good in every situation this week.
- I am committed to my personal goals and vision.

The plan for this week
So, what about my weekly goals? Well… I’ve been a little tentative to get really specific with them, because I don’t really know how I’ll be – mostly physically.
BUT I know for certain that I want to write and reach 5k words, and I’d like to keep organizing the office and make significant progress with it.
As you can probably tell, I really hope for a full recovery soon because I do feel like everything is kinda on hold until then.
