Hey, lovelies! 💐 March equinox was three days ago, so it’s time to wish you all a happy and wonderful spring! I hope you find yourself blooming along with this season of growth and renewal! How has this month been treating you, really? Do you still find yourself aligned with your bigger goals and New Year’s resolutions? The end of the first quarter of the year can be a tricky time, but at the same time, it’s just the perfect opportunity for reflection – and even some reset and refocus if needed.
Last week I realized we hadn’t shared a Monday coffee in a while! So, it’s a good time to share updates, talk about thoughts and goals, and set the right tone for the week ahead. Today, I’m having a cappuccino in the cutest spring mug!

So, last night I got back after spending a month in Sweden with my partner. We had an amazing time together even though we both got a little sick at some point. I’m still somewhat congested and traveling has me feeling tired today, so I’m still taking it slowly.
The thing is that since I was away for a month, I really need to get my life back on track. Being away from home basically means that I haven’t been the most consistent with my routines, habits, goals, writing, and even this blog. The good thing is that I already unpacked and tidied most of my things away.
My get – back – on – track – after – traveling list for this week:
- Hydrate myself as much as possible.
- Pay my bills.
- Check in with my finances and set a new savings goals.
- Get back to working-out.
- Stay away from alcohol.
- Have many fruits and veggies.
- Check in with my yearly goals and plan action steps for some of them.
- Prepare for April.
As you can see, I mostly intend to focus on recharging, checking in with my goals, and catching up with real life again. Nothing too fancy.

- I take good care of myself by nourishing my body and mind.
