We’re approaching the end of this month, and it’s a good time to check in with any monthly goals we’d like to work on. Time is passing fast, and it’s unbelievable to me that it’s almost October!

Speaking of Autumn…
Fall is finally here! The nights are getting longer and the temperatures are dropping – is anyone else looking forward to it? I mostly crave the transformation this season brings and is associated with.
In Greece, things are still mild (and a little warm) but luckily, the weather has started reminding more of fall than summer. Temperatures have slightly dropped down, and a thin blanket has started being necessary at nights.
For the most part, my bedroom is cozy, although I haven’t put up all my fall decor yet. The rest of the house is still a mess and in the middle of renovations, and I spend some time every day decluttering, cleaning, and tidying things away.
It’s a Helping Hand Monday Here
Seriously – everyone seems to be in need of some help today. My neighbor had to help me park my car in a tricky spot (girlie got some driving anxiety), and then I helped a man unlock a delivery box to get his package and a woman to reach some products on the high shelves at the super market.
It feels good – both receiving and giving help. I’m grateful I belong to a community where giving help is not a big deal, and nobody has to feel alone when they face a challenge or something troublesome.
My Weekly Goals
September hasn’t been great when it comes to my goals. Especially last week I wasn’t able to work on a lot of things since I was busy daily with painting the house. That’s okay, though, and it was expected to happen.
This week, I’ll try to do my best especially when it comes to writing and publishing here and on my Medium.
My Goals in a Nutshell
- Complete my monthly writing goal.
- Write and publish 5-6 posts (ideally, 3 here and 3 on Medium).
- Create a plan for artville – my Greek blog. Talking about how I often I’d like to post, what to write about, and where to focus when it comes to topics and socials.
- Be mindful and take of my mental health by focusing on journaling, meditation, and shadow work.
- Make sure to do some decluttering and cleaning every day.
