Autumn is ending soon and I feel like November is the best time for some much needed reflection before moving to winter and subsequently, the new year.
That’s my main focus for this month’s journaling prompts: reflection. Also, appreciation, self-love, and gratitude.
To me, November is tightly connected to gratitude – not that much because of Thanksgiving (we don’t celebrate that in Greece anyway) but because it’s almost the end of the year. It’s the point that becomes pretty obvious what has worked and how far I’ve come regarding certain things and goals.
So, in this post I’m sharing 30 November 2025 journaling posts for gratitude, reflection, and self-love. You’re gonna love journaling prompts if you crave to journal more but you simply can’t write from scratch and feel like you need some kind of guidance.
That’s your sign to keep reading!
