I’m Danae – a humorous Sagittarius with a tendency to overthink, and a proud coffee-lover.
I’m a teacher and a writer, I binge sitcoms, and I love scented candles, noodles, and sushi.
2023 changed everything for me. I left a toxic relationship and hit the lowest point in my life during a horrific breakdown. That moment, though, became the start of my healing.
I reconnected with myself through affirmations, journaling, shadow work, meditation, and writing stories to process my feelings and thoughts and rebuild my sense of self.
Life has improved, and at times it feels wholesome – for the very first time.
I’ve realized, though, that the healing journey is an ongoing and my blog is part of it.
