Happy Monday, friends! How are you feeling today? We haven’t talked in exactly a week, so it’s time to get some coffee and cozy up so we can catch up! What are you drinking today? I’m having a french press coffee with pumpkin spice oat milk, and it tastes just like autumn – if that even makes sense.
It’s a gloomy day, cold and rainy, and I’m trying to make the best out of it while I’m not feeling my best. See what I did there?

It’s Still a New Week
New week = new opportunities. I had a bad weekend and I felt really low about myself because I wasn’t productive and there were things that didn’t make me feel good about myself. Today, though, it’s Monday and that’s a clean slate for me.
Mondays are for starting anew. So, I’m setting a few goals, I reflect on things I want to work on, I’m open to what the new week brings to me, and I’m trying to feel better. It’s that simple.
Getting Into a Few Courses
I’ve caught up with the personal curriculum trend and consider me intrigued. So, it’s likely that I’m starting a few courses this week that are focused on blogging and content marketing.
I also found some very useful resources and videos on driving anxiety, and I’d like to get ito those as well in case they help me manage better my fear of driving.
I used to love online courses up to 2022, but I took a long break during my depressive episode back in 2023. I’m feeling ready to get back to them, though.

Instead of Weekly Goals
I did write down a few things on my Notion for this week just to keep them in mind, but since I’m not feeling my best, I decided to not stress myself further with certain goals.
Instead, I’m going to keep up with my usual routine when it comes to blogging and writing, and otherwise, I’ll try to focus on improving the way I feel and reflect on things that trouble me and stress me out.
This Week’s Affirmation
I’m doing my best even when I’m not feeling my best.
This Week’s Intention
I intend to be present and mindful of the way I spend my energy.
Have a great week, lovelies. What’s your goals for this week? How has October been treating you so far? I’d love to hear from you in the comments!
