Happy April, lovelies! 💗
We’re almost in the heart of spring, the days have become brighter, and we’re about to celebrate Easter – even though this year the Orthodox Easter is one week later than the Catholic one, so it’ll be a little longer for me. Anyway, April is the month of transformation and blooming. It’s a good time to focus on our personal growth, think about our goals, and be mindful about the ways we take care of ourselves.
It’s never too late to focus on yourself and your goals. To be completely honest, late March was the time I actually planned the action steps for my yearly goals. I hadn’t looked at them or tracked my progress since late January, so I’m glad I did that.
In April, I’d like to journal more often. I’d like to focus on emotional regulation and be mindful with how I spend my days and how I feel.
