July is the New January: 32 Mid-Year Journal Prompts

July 9, 2026July 9, 2026 Danae Post a comment

Not to sound dramatic, but there are only 175 days left in 2026. We’re officially in the middle of the year and the third quarter of it has already started. Of course, this doesn’t mean that the game is over. It only means that it’s the perfect time to be more specific and intentional when it comes to your yearly goals and priorities. It’s time to really think about where you want to stand in life this time next year.

Before moving forward, let’s pause for a moment or two. I know it feels scary to put our life on pause, even if it’s just for a while, but this is when growth starts. Taking the time to reflect on what has happened so far and your progress or lack of it when it comes to your goals is the most beneficial way to decide on the changes you’d like to make before taking the next steps.

Journaling is a very effective tool not only for reflection but also for planning and understanding yourself more. The mid-year journal prompts you’ll discover in this article will make this process easier because they’ll guide you to matters and thoughts that it’d be good to explore.
