October is here, and it’s definitely one of the most beautiful months of the year. We’re heading to the heart of autumn and the nature is gradually preparing to welcome winter. Crunchy leaves, rainy days, long nights, and it’s the perfect opportunity to spend more time at home nurturing ourselves and embracing the coziness of the season.

We’re also heading to the end of 2025, but there’s still time to start over, focus on new goals, or keep working on old ones.

For all these reasons, it’s a good time to start journaling more often than you probably did over the summer.

That’s why today I’m sharing 25 cozy journaling prompts for October that focus on healing, self-esteem, and coziness.

I hope you’ll like them, and they’ll inspire you to practice journaling more often.

  • Harvest: Reflect on how your life was last autumn. In what ways have you changed and what has stayed the same?
  • Drizzle: What do you need to forgive yourself more?

  • Gratitude: What are five things you’re most grateful for right now?

  • Spice: How can you get closer to your creativity this fall?

I have a happy writing update to share - one I’d h I have a happy writing update to share - one I’d hoped I’d be able to for a little while! 🙏

Recently, I started working again on my book. My very first novel. 

After a long period of going through some kind of writer’s block, it feels as exciting as you can probably imagine. 💗

In general, I’ve been feeling more connected to my creativity, and that’s the best way to conclude this spring.
